Intro Message from Noelle Hampton

Hello beautiful music loving people,

You are reading this right now because you are the kind of person that is moved and transformed by music! I know that kind of person, because I am one too! You are the force behind all of us continuing to go forward in this crazy music business and you inspire us to be better writers, performers and musicians.

Andre and I would like to thank you for your interest and support of our music, and we would love to invite you to join us in this new journey of 'patronism'. Your contribution will keep the wheels spinning (literally and figuratively) and help us continue to write, create, record, tour, play locally, and so much more. We share with you not only our current catalog of music, but some "secret" and unreleased material and videos as well. Together we will go on this new journey with a revisited idea of patrons and artists working side by side. We are so excited to be involved in this, and would love to have you involved as well! Thank you!

About the Band / Bio

The musical partnership of Noelle Hampton and her husband/guitar player Andre Moran has spanned 18 years and 6 albums. Releasing records for years under Noëlle's name, they have recently switched their focus to their new project,The Belle Sounds, a 5 piece band with rich melodies and 3 part harmonies based in Austin, TX.

Kicking off their career in San Francisco, they opened for BOB DYLAN, Sarah McLachlan, John Hiatt, Chris Isaak, Richard Thompson, Jewel, Wilco, Graham Parker, Joan Armatrading, Pat Benater & more. Noelle was nominated for a Californa Music award and was featured in the first iTunes commercial w/ Aimee Mann, Ziggy Marley, Iggy Pop & others.

They eventually moved to Austin, TX around 2004 and started all over in a new music community. Their cd, THIN LINE (produced by Mark Hallman in Austin, TX) is a perfect representation of the love and honesty they bring to their craft. Noelle's songs carry a personal intensity that somehow everyone can relate to, her voice soars melodically and makes you feel like you are right there in the room, while Andre's lush and vibrant guitar playing is the signature that ties it all together.

They have co-produced albums, and produced the scores to 2 short films (one feat. Sam Rockwell). Her songs have also been featured on ABC's 'Private Practice', 'Men In Trees'  and Lifetime's 'Army Wives.'  You can also find The Belle Sounds' song, "Bourbon On Your Lips" in the new thriller movie, Dark Skies.

They released their eponymous record under The Belle Sounds (produced by Neilson Hubbard in East Nashville, TN) in 2013, following it in 2014 with their 5-song EP, "Black Stone EP." Both CDs received rave reviews. They are hoping to record some singles in the near future.

Sneak Peek #3

May 21, 2012

Here is a little bit of Neilson Hubbard playing bass on Bourbon On Your Lips. It's dark in the room, but you can kind of hear the vibe. It is a scratch vocal, and André hadn't put down the guitar yet, but it is a sneak peek!
