Intro Message from Noelle Hampton
Hello beautiful music loving people,
You are reading this right now because you are the kind of person that is moved and transformed by music! I know that kind of person, because I am one too! You are the force behind all of us continuing to go forward in this crazy music business and you inspire us to be better writers, performers and musicians.
Andre and I would like to thank you for your interest and support of our music, and we would love to invite you to join us in this new journey of 'patronism'. Your contribution will keep the wheels spinning (literally and figuratively) and help us continue to write, create, record, tour, play locally, and so much more. We will be sharing not only our current catalog of music, but a bunch of "secret" and unreleased material and videos. Together we will go on this new journey with a revisited idea of patrons and artists working side by side. We are so excited to be involved in this, and would love to have you involved as well! Thank you!
About the Band / Bio
Every once in a while a musical collaboration happens that is so right, one wonders how the universe could have been so perfectly aligned as to put these two together, but that is the case with Noelle Hampton and her husband/guitar player Andre Moran.Their emotive live shows and passionate recordings are proof every time. Their lastest cd, THIN LINE (produced by Mark Hallman in Austin, TX) is a perfect representation of the love and honesty they bring to their craft. Noelle's songs carry a personal intensity that somehow everyone can relate to, her voice soars melodically and makes you feel like you are right there in the room, while Andre's lush and vibrant guitar playing is the signature that ties it all together.
Kicking off their career in San Francisco, they opened for BOB DYLAN, Sarah McLachlan, John Hiatt, Chris Isaak, Richard Thompson, Jewel, Wilco, Graham Parker, Joan Armatrading, Pat Benater & more. Noelle was nominated for a Californa Music award and was featured in the first iTunes commercial w/ Aimee Mann, Ziggy Marley, Iggy Pop & others. They have co-produced 2 albums, and produced the scores to 2 short films (one feat. Sam Rockwell). Her songs have also been featured on ABC's 'Private Practice', 'Men In Trees' and Lifetime's 'Army Wives.'
