Intro Message from Jean Synodinos
Hello, dear friends --
Sincerest thanks for getting to this page! Your presence on this site means you understand that the artists you love need support to sustain the work and keep it going.
But that love deserves lovin’ in return, and you’ll get it here on Patronism.
Your pay-what-you-feel, ongoing support, gives unlimited access to all my released—and unreleased—music. My blog will overflow with letters of musical love written to you, random thoughts on the Life Creative, untimely (but humorous) confessions--all uploaded with mystical kisses and gratitude. Oh yeah – videos, too.
Whatever your gift, it’ll be well used. One ongoing gift of $10 a month can keep this girl in guitar strings. Even $1 a month will cover my picks for a year. But larger gifts of whatever you can afford will help get me on tour and back in the studio.
Who knew it’d cost money to make music? Still, it’s as essential to me as air and water. Thanks for getting that, and thanks for your support!
About the Band / Bio
Jean Synodinos (say it like this: sin-uh-DEE-nus) delivers grit, grace & acoustic soul with a voice that's been hailed by critics as “big league.” Her award-winning writing digs deep lyrically, moving from big affirmations to little ironies at the turn of a phrase. Deftly skating between genres, Jean delivers live performances and recordings that make audiences ask for more.
“Synodinos is amazing… She has excellent moves as a songwriter and is an accomplished acoustic guitarist, but her big gun is the marvel that is her voice.” --Third Coast Music
Jean lives with her husband, guitarist and producer Charles Rieser, and their superior mutt Freida. She gardens in spite of repeated failures and is always kind to animals. A breast cancer survivor, Jean appreciates all opportunities to remind women (and the men who love them), that early detection not only saves lives--it saves the quality of lives.
