Intro Message from Erosian Exile

When I lost my voice at age 16, I also couldn't walk, couldn't lift a spoon or put my socks on, had constant high fevers, and had no idea where I was. I've been fortunate enough to receive excellent Chronic Lyme treatment.  I still battle Lyme every day, and manage extensive treatments as part of my daily routine.  Once I was told I would never walk again, and when I wanted to sing my songs, many people, even those close to me, advised me to hire a singer with a "real voice."  Now that the album is finished, I'm receiving positive feedback about the vocals!

I want to be a symbol for people with disadvantages - to show that no matter how dreary things seem and how difficult a battle is, it is never necessary to give up on dreams!  If you help me get my music out and spread this message to the world, you would not only be helping me live my dream after all I've been through, but helping me on my mission to inspire others to do the same.

About the Band / Bio

Erica Xenne studied music as a child, and had a budding music career in her early teens. At age 16, her vocal chords were permanently damaged due to Chronic Lyme complications. From then on, she could speak only in a whisper. She was an Erosian Exile, exiled from her passion [Eros]: singing.  Refusing to give up, she kept writing songs and sang them in her whispery voice. Her brother, Jon, joined the band as a drummer, and they play with a revolving line-up of musicians.
